Refund Policy

Introduction

At Craftisan Labs LTD, we stand behind DeepSleep Ai and genuinely want you to experience the sleep transformation it is designed to deliver. We understand, however, that circumstances change, and we have designed this Refund Policy to be as fair and straightforward as possible.

1. Free Trial

All new DeepSleep Ai accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Premium access. No payment is required during this period.

We encourage you to thoroughly explore all features during your trial before subscribing. Refund requests stemming from not utilizing the free trial period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

If you are unsatisfied with your DeepSleep Ai Premium subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge (not renewal charges). Refund requests submitted after this window will generally not be approved, except in exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual charge. For refund requests submitted between 14 and 30 days, we will consider a pro-rated refund at our discretion. Requests submitted after 30 days will generally not be eligible for a refund.

2.3 Renewal Charges

We do not issue refunds for subscription renewals. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Cancellation instructions are available in your account settings.

2.4 Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevented access to the Service for an extended period, verified by our team
  • Unauthorized charges resulting from account theft (subject to investigation)

3. App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is subject to their respective refund policies. Craftisan Labs LTD does not control or process refunds for purchases made through these platforms.

Please contact the relevant platform directly for refund requests on store-managed subscriptions.

4. What Is Not Refundable

  • Charges more than 30 days old (except in cases of verified billing errors)
  • Subscription renewals where cancellation was not requested before the renewal date
  • Accounts found to have violated our Terms & Conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with the App's effectiveness (we encourage use of the full free trial before subscribing)
  • Partial periods of unused subscription time after cancellation

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Your order or transaction ID (if available)

We will respond to all refund requests within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Account Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your Premium access will be revoked immediately. Your account will revert to the free plan. Any personalized AI sleep data and account preferences will be retained for 30 days in case you choose to re-subscribe.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
