Welcome to DeepSleep Ai. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepSleep Ai mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Craftisan Labs LTD ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By creating an account, downloading the App, or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DeepSleep Ai.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions, including the EU) to use DeepSleep Ai. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or have been inactive for an extended period.
DeepSleep Ai offers a 7-day free trial for new users. Full access to all Premium features is available during the trial period. No payment is required to begin your trial.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Craftisan Labs LTD (or our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis.
We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Prices shown may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription under local law.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until then. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
All content within DeepSleep Ai, including but not limited to soundscapes, guided meditations, sleep stories, music, voice recordings, graphics, logos, software code, and AI models, is the exclusive property of Craftisan Labs LTD or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

DeepSleep Ai is a wellness application designed to support better sleep and relaxation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or mental health disorder.
The content within DeepSleep Ai, including soundscapes, guided meditations, and sleep stories, is for general wellness purposes only. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have or suspect you have a sleep disorder, mental health condition, or any other medical concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. If you experience any discomfort or adverse effects while using the App, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Spotify, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Craftisan Labs LTD and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Craftisan Labs LTD's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Notwithstanding this, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to bring any dispute in your individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action.
