This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Deep Sleep AI (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your use of the Deep Sleep AI mobile application and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes on devices owned or controlled by you.
Certain features of the application may require a paid subscription (“Subscription”).
Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis, such as monthly or yearly plans.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase through the Apple App Store.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription plan.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.
Only one free trial may be available per user unless otherwise stated.

All rights, title, and interest in the application, including software, content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Deep Sleep AI.
Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at:
https://deepsleepai.io/pages/privacy-policy.htmlWe may suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the services.
Upon termination, your rights under this license will immediately cease.
The application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Sleep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application or subscriptions.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the application or on our website.
Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
