DeepSleep Ai is available on iOS (iPhone & iPad), Android, and via web browser. It works on iOS 14 and above, and Android 8.0 and above.

Premium is available at $7.99/month or $49.99/year. Both plans include full access to all sounds, meditations, sleep stories, AI personalization, sleep tracking, and offline downloads.

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked.

Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Yes — if you do not cancel before your 7-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin. We send a reminder email 24 hours before your trial expires so you are never caught off guard.

We offer refunds within 7 days of your initial subscription charge for monthly plans, and within 14 days for annual plans. To request a refund, email us at ceo@craftisanstudio.com with your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will process it within 5 business days.

Payment method updates are managed through the platform you subscribed on — your Apple ID settings, Google Play account, or directly within the app under Settings → Subscription.

We offer a Family Plan for up to 6 members. For student or team pricing inquiries, please email us at ceo@craftisanstudio.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please try the following steps in order:

1. Force close the app and reopen it
2. Restart your device
3. Check for available app updates in the App Store or Google Play
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your account data will be saved)

• Make sure your device is not set to silent or Do Not Disturb
• Check that your volume is turned up
• If using Bluetooth, ensure your headphones or speaker are properly connected
• Try switching between Bluetooth and your device speaker
• Close other apps running in the background
• Try a different sound to rule out a single file issue

Yes. Premium users can download their favorite sounds and meditations for full offline use. Go to any sound or meditation, tap the download icon, and it will be available without internet whenever you need it.

Running audio continuously during sleep does use battery. We recommend plugging in your device overnight for the best experience. You can also enable Low Power Mode in your device settings without affecting sound quality.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find our emails, add ceo@craftisanstudio.com to your contacts or safe sender list, then email us and we will resend any missing communications.

To permanently delete your DeepSleep Ai account and all associated data, please email us at ceo@craftisanstudio.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Absolutely. Your sleep data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. It is used solely to power your personal AI sleep program and improve your experience. You can read our full Privacy Policy at deepsleepai.io/privacy.

DeepSleep Ai is designed for users aged 13 and above. We have a curated library of family-friendly sounds and sleep stories suitable for younger listeners under parental supervision. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Every marketing email from us includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from our mailing list immediately. You will still receive essential account and billing communications.
